The Creston Neighborhood Association empowers neighbors through information, connections and support to build the Creston community. We envision a diverse community where all neighbors thrive. To that end, CNA organizes residents to address housing, safety, environmental sustainability and a strong business district. CNA was established in the late 1970s, and over the years the association of neighbors has been instrumental in saving Briggs Pool, keeping the library branch in the neighborhood, establishing Catherine's Health Center, bringing a credit union to Creston, and creating the bioretention islands on Plainfield. All neighbors may participate in CNA’s community building activities, and businesses and residents alike can show their endorsement of CNA’s grassroots organizing and community development through membership.
